Notes: The Over Being are genderless. I say "he" or "she" for convenience. Also the names and titles I give are as how they want to be known. Their real ones are unpronouncable in any human language, or by anyone who is not a nigh-omnipotent energy being for that matter.

Background: There is a very powerful race that exists in another universe. They used to have physical forms, but that is no longer the case. They found out their special ability, that to absorb the power of another member of their race if killed by their own hands. Because of that, they started to fight each other in a genocidal war that only grew as individuals become more and more powerful. Eventually they transcended physical bodies and started to exist as energy beings. But by that point there were only a few individuals left and soon there was only one. Teootl was the last of his kind, but he recreated the whole race from scratch by giving birth to children, whom he called Over Being, with him as Over Being Father who ruled them all. All Over Being are his direct children, and their most sacred law is that none shall kill another Over Being.
But Over Being still wanted to fight, kill and conquer. Even Teootl felt those urges, after so much conflict they became Over Being's nature. So he decided to create a distraction for his kind - he would look at other universes, to find those that had world on a technological level not too high nor too low, just right to be a challege. Then, a sick game would be declared. Members of Over Being would travel to that world, unable to reach it with their own forms but instead entering artificially-created bodies. Once there, they would start fighting, killing and conquering. All of that would be tallied up using complicated rules. Once the whole world lies in ruins, Over Being would retreat back to their home universe, a winner would be declared, and soon enough another cycle of the blood sport would being all anew.
Most of the Over Being saw beings that aren't them as inferior and gladly participated in Teootl's games. But there were two exceptions, Coztic and Texotic who spent a lot of time with each other and eventually realized together how horrible their race was. They wanted to stop the games once and for all. They knew that if you kill an Over Being's physical "shell", the actual individual will just return to the home dimension - unless killed by their own kind, their power absorbed and their life ended permanently. So that was the plan - Texotic participated in the last cycle's game but actually planned to attack and kill other members of Over Being as soon as possible. That was the plan - and it failed.
For this betrayal, Texotic was stripped of all memories and put in another (the current) cycle's game, not as a participant, but as an unthinking raging beast. Coztic's cover wasn't blown, but he could only watch and despair at his beloved one's fate. With this cycle's game starting, he has a chance - he entered the game, not to kill or enslave any locals but to free Texotic first, and stop his fellow Over Being second. This game takes place on Earth, and the Over Being who participate take on the form of humans, each accompained by a powerful mecha.

Personality: After awakening from a beast-like rage, Texotic is a stranger in a strange land. She has no memories of her life in the Over Being dimension, and her knowledge is limited to what Coztic implanted in her. Many things that are obvious for normal people are completely alien to her. Because of that, she often feels lost and confused, but her vision remains clear - her goal is to avenge Coztic and save both the human race and any future victims of Over Being. She believes she's the only one who can do that, and in a way she's right - no one else has the power to kill a member of her race for real.
Despite thinking in essentially human-like terms, Texotic does not consider herself a human at all. She does not look down on humanity, just thinks she's outside it - its social norms and behaviours are not for her. Duties, training, work, socialising, hobbies, these are not for her and she opposes being involved. But on the other hand, she is also curious of these things and may, grudgingly, try them out sometimes. It wouldn't be inaccurate to describe Texotic as a hardcore tsundere - not for a single person, but for humanity as a whole.
Texotic experiences emotions, very strongly even. However, she is both unused to them and disgusted and mistrustful of them, even positive ones. Because of that, she tries to control and block out these weird sensations. From an outsider's POV she may seem disattached, or perhaps emotionally stunted.
Both in combat and in normal life, she believes in aiming for the core of the matter directly. This translates to going for enemy aces and commanders when in battle, with lethal intent - while ignoring the mooks unless they get in the way. When conversing with others, she says what she thinks, seemingly with no filter between her brain and her mouth.

Capabilities and Resources: Despite being a member of Over Being, Texotic is biologically a fully-functioning and 100% normal human female. Like other members of Over Being, if her physical form is "killed" then she doesn't truly die, just retreat back to her home dimension - but she cannot come back so it's functionally identical. Also if she kills another member of Over Being with her own hands (their bodies have to touch) then she can absorb their power and kill them permanently. This gives her a power boost, but it's insignificant outside her home dimension. It does let her control Mitl projectiles slightly better, though.

Robot Name: Texotic Pilhua
Robot Description:
First, qualities shared by all Pilhua - they are majestic humanoid robots standing at 25-30 meters tall. Each Pilhua is assigned to a single member of Over Being and only they can pilot it, no one else can. Their outside shells are made from stone and precious metal and seem more like golems than robots, but their insides have cables and other internal parts. Each Pilhua has a forehead gem inside which the pilot resides and controls the robot with thoughts. The gem is extremely hard to break - it's a strong point, not a weak one. The rest of the body is relatively more fragile, but they are still rather sturdy. The robot can regenerate. It is a slow process that takes from a few days to week or two, but it can recreate the whole robot from almost nothing as long as its forehead gem is at least partially intact. Pilhua uses whatever resources are available to regenerate its body - metal, wood, rocks, anything that is nearby and not living. Likewise, if they are alive the pilot can regenerate from even the most serious injury as long as they reside inside the cotrol gem. It also sustains them, preventing dehydration, starvation and need of sleep. But the pilot will remain hungry or tired if they already were before. Every Pilhua can walk and run through thin air, in space, on the surface of or under water. It treats these all as solid ground if the pilot so decides, limitations of physics be damned.
Texotic Pilhua has a blue forehead gem, an angel-like pair of wings and a long smooth tail. Its weapons are limited to punching, kicking and tail-slamming (it is very strong), as well as creation of Mitl. Mitl are thin tendrils that shoot out of the forehead gem with the speed of a projectile. They deal physical, kinetic damage - but they are very fast, have an almost unlimited range (seeing the enemy and aiming accurately over long distance is another thing though) and can cut through pretty much anything, especially on impact. For the sake of killing the Over Being, Mitl tendrils count as directly touching the individual.

Upgrades: As the plot progresses, Texotic learns to use Mitl tendrils better and better.
Post-mission 1: Only a single tendril can exist at a time.
Post-mission 2: The tendril can be shot from any of Pilhua's bodyparts, not just the forehead. The forehead gem creates a stronger tendril though. Rather than attacking with a single strong tendril, Texotic can use several weaker Mitl that attack a group of enemies or one in more than one place at once.
Post-mission 3: An Ideon-like "all-missiles" style attack is available - shoot out a lot of tendrils from every body part to eviscerate everything around Texotic Pilhua. This attack results in a cooldown during which no Mitl can be created. ALSO, a thicker, solid tendril can emerge from Pilhua's hand, held like a sword.
